YouTube & Social Media Growth Manager

I’m looking for a YouTube and Social Media Growth Manager to help me grow TNT (Tube News Tonight), a comedy news channel covering YouTubers, influencers, internet drama, and trending online stories. I’m looking for someone who can help me develop a growth strategy, analyze my content and analytics, identify opportunities, and turn TNT into a recognizable brand.

What you’ll help with:

* Developing and testing growth strategies
* Analyzing YouTube and social media performance
* Finding trending topics and content opportunities
* Improving titles, thumbnails, and content packaging
* Growing TNT across YouTube and other social platforms
* Helping me understand what’s working and what needs to change
* Tracking results and adjusting the strategy based on data

What I’m looking for:

* Proven experience growing YouTube or social media accounts
* Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and audience behavior
* Experience with content strategy and audience growth
* Ability to show examples of accounts you’ve personally helped grow
* Understanding of internet culture, creators, influencers, and trending topics
* Someone who can give me clear, honest feedback instead of just telling me what I want to hear.
