YouTube Shorts & Live Growth Plan

Hi everyone! We’re a small team running 3–5 YouTube channels across live streaming and Shorts, with more on the way. We’re looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Manager to help us scale.

You’d start as a hands-on individual contributor. As we add channels, we’d like you to help build and lead a small growth team.

What you’ll work on

Growing subscribers, watch hours and reach across our channels
Shorts strategy, live-stream growth, titles, thumbnails and scheduling
Testing growth ideas and sharing a short weekly update with real numbers
What we’re looking for

You’ve personally grown or managed a channel past 10K subscribers (we’ll verify)
Real experience with both Shorts and live streams
Proof of results, like Studio screenshots or before-and-after numbers
Clean, policy-safe methods only: no bots, bought views or sub-for-sub
This probably isn’t the right fit if you’re just starting out with YouTube growth. We need someone who can hit the ground running.

Pay and setup

Freelance, remote, about 8–10 hours a week
Paid 2–4 week trial: $100 / Week
After that: $2500/month plus bonuses when we hit subscriber, watch-hour and monetization milestones
Room to grow into a lead role as we expand
Interview
Shortlisted folks will have a 1-hour video call, scheduled in IST (GMT+5:30). Please be ready to screen-share YouTube Studio for a channel you’ve grown.
