YouTube Shorts Editor – Ongoing Work

I run multiple YouTube Shorts channels and I'm looking for an editor who can help produce short-form vertical videos on a consistent basis.

The videos are generally 20–30 seconds long and fairly simple to edit. Most follow a ranking-style format such as:

“Top 5 Hidden Places on Earth”
“Top 5 Funniest Fails”
“Top 5 Craziest Moments”

I will provide the general video idea/direction. Editing typically involves:

Finding/organizing appropriate clips
Cutting 5 clips into a fast-paced ranking
Adding ranking numbers and location/name text
Simple transitions/zoom effects where appropriate
Adding music/audio
Creating a strong opening hook
Exporting vertically in 1080x1920 (9:16)

Most finished videos will be under 30 seconds.

I'm currently looking to see what editors would charge PER VIDEO, rather than an hourly rate.

Please include in your proposal:

1. Your price per completed Short
2. How many Shorts you could produce per day/week
3. Examples of Shorts/TikTok/Reels you've edited
4. Whether your price includes sourcing the clips

If the quality and pricing are a good fit, this could become consistent ongoing work with multiple videos per week.

I'm primarily looking for someone who understands fast-paced YouTube Shorts editing, retention, hooks, and keeping viewers watching until the end.
