YouTube Series for Upcoming Books

I have two books scheduled for release later this year and I want to start building an active YouTube community around their ideas long before launch day. My priority is engagement: thought-provoking conversations, behind-the-scenes author interviews, and focused deep-dives into key topics drawn straight from each chapter.

Here is what I need from you:
• Shape a content calendar that lets us publish at least twice a week.
• Plan and record short author-interview segments (remote recording is fine).
• Produce discussion & analysis pieces that translate complex themes into viewer-friendly storytelling.
• Add occasional stand-alone videos on specific questions the books raise.

Every episode should arrive fully finished—clean edits, balanced audio, subtle branding, an eye-catching thumbnail, keyword-rich title/description, and the upload scheduled in YouTube Studio ready to premiere. I’m comfortable appearing on camera; your job is to handle the rest: scripting support, directing the shoot when needed, editing in Premiere/Final Cut/Resolve, light motion graphics or on-screen text, and basic SEO.

If you know how to build audience retention, encourage comments, and weave in calls-to-action without sounding salesy, that’s a plus. Send over links to channels or playlists you’ve produced that show similar work and let’s talk about the first batch of videos.
