I am seeking a human YouTube script editor for an ongoing series of Christian teaching videos. I supply developed drafts, supporting references and existing screen notes. Your job is to make the scripts clear, engaging and natural to speak while preserving my voice, theological position and intended argument.

BUDGET AND SERIES
Fixed budget: AUD 100 per completed script, approximately 2,400 spoken words (usually 16–18 minutes before pauses). Reference notes and screen directions are separate from the spoken word count. Please bid AUD 300 for the initial three scripts, paid as three AUD 100 milestones and reviewed individually. These are paid working assignments, not unpaid tests. No separate sample-edit charge is planned.

There is potential for up to 20 scripts in total over the next 60 days (AUD 2,000 in total editing fees if all 20 proceed). After the first three scripts meet the required standard, we intend to agree the remaining 17 at the same rate, delivered in batches of five with a final batch of two. Further work depends on the first three going well and is not guaranteed by this listing. Allow for approximately two to three scripts per week; state your realistic turnaround and availability. Client platform fees are separate from the editing budget.

WHAT EACH SCRIPT NEEDS
- A stronger opening, a clear reason to keep watching and a satisfying conclusion.
- Improved structure, pacing, transitions, spoken sentence rhythm and clarity; remove unnecessary repetition.
- A complete WORD-FOR-WORD script ready to read from a teleprompter, not an outline or advice alone.
- Preserve the substantive argument and important qualifications. Suggest substantial changes in comments for approval.
- Keep Scripture quotations exact in the translation supplied (including KJV and NKJV); flag suspected quotation/reference errors rather than silently changing them.
- Query concerns about Hebrew/Greek, historical claims, calendar calculations or theology. Keep documented facts, calculations and the presenter's interpretation distinct. Do not invent evidence, sources or claims, or turn interpretive connections into established facts.
- Keep screen/production notes clearly separate from spoken text, and retain source references separately.

DELIVERABLES PER SCRIPT
1. Word document showing changes and useful comments.
2. Clean, complete teleprompter-ready spoken script, with production notes and references separately identified.
3. One consolidated revision round within the agreed scope.

This is editing and strengthening supplied drafts, not original research or writing a new script from a topic alone. Extensive independent fact-checking, new research, video production and voiceover are outside this budget; flag anything requiring extra work before proceeding. Human editorial judgment is required. Disclose any proposed AI assistance and any subcontracting; the person doing the editing should be identified.

TO APPLY
- Confirm AUD 100 per script and AUD 300 for the first three.
- Provide two relevant YouTube scripts or published video links and explain your exact contribution. Christian teaching, biblical studies or detailed educational/explainer experience is especially relevant; no personal faith declaration is required.
- Explain how you improve engagement without sensationalism or changing the author's meaning.
- Confirm Word tracked changes, one revision round, availability for 20 videos over 60 days and your turnaround per script.
- State any exclusions and proposed AI assistance.

We will shortlist applicants based on relevant work, clarity, reliability and adherence to the brief. The first draft will be shared privately with the selected editor. Please do not submit an unpaid custom rewrite.
