I need a clean, share-ready Google Sheets (or Excel, if you prefer) file that will help me stay on top of every GeetMP3 song released on our YouTube channel. For each track the sheet must capture six core data points—song title, artist, genre, duration, original upload date, and current view count—so that anyone on the team can filter or search in seconds.
Organisation & layout
• The primary sort order should be by genre, with collapsible sections or filters that let us focus on one style at a time.
• Within each genre I’d still like the freedom to re-sort on upload date, views, or artist without breaking the master view.
Visual insight
I want the data to speak at a glance, so please weave in:
• Colour-coded categories that instantly differentiate the genres.
• Conditional formatting to spotlight milestones (e.g., tracks that pass 1 M views turn gold, anything underperforming relative to 30-day averages shows red).
• Simple charts—bar or line—illustrating growth in cumulative views per genre and monthly upload cadence.
Deliverables
1. A fully functional spreadsheet with the above fields, filters, and visual aids.
2. At least two charts auto-updating from the raw data.
3. Brief usage notes so new team members understand how to add songs and refresh metrics.
If you can set this up in a way that’s scalable to thousands of releases while staying lightweight, let’s talk.
