My YouTube channel is ready for consistent, strategic growth. The goal is clear: drive up views and subscribers by publishing a balanced mix of shorts and long-form content. To make that happen, I need end-to-end support that covers three core areas—concept development, production, and channel optimization.
Here’s how the workflow should look:
• Ideation & Scripting
– Research each topic, craft engaging scripts, and weave in strong hooks within the first 5–10 seconds for shorts while structuring long videos with clear segments.
• Video Editing & Post-Production
– Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand pieces—adding motion graphics, captions, basic color correction, and royalty-free music where it adds impact. Shorts must keep a quick, dynamic pace; long videos should flow naturally with well-timed cuts.
• Upload & Channel Management
– Handle SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions, schedule releases, design custom thumbnails, and monitor initial performance to tweak future content.
Deliverables for each video:
1. Final 1080p (or higher) MP4 file
2. Optimized thumbnail (1280×720)
3. SEO-ready title, description, and tags in a shared doc
4. Project source files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
Acceptance criteria: Consistent brand style, error-free captions, and on-time delivery each week. If you’re comfortable owning this full pipeline and have past work that proves you can grow channels, let’s talk timeline and cadence so we can start publishing right away.
