YouTube Kids Animation Partner Needed

My new children’s content brand is about to launch on YouTube, built around original characters who help kids understand emotions through engaging stories. The channel will release one 4-to-6-minute episode every single day, so the core of this job is establishing a fast, reliable animation-editing pipeline that can scale without sacrificing charm.

The visual approach is still open—I’m weighing 2D against a streamlined 3D workflow and welcome guidance from someone fluent in both. A small library of rigs, backgrounds, and audio beds is ready, yet each story arc may call for fresh assets or subtle refinements to the existing ones. You’ll be animating, editing, adding sound effects and music, and handing back polished HD files that are upload-ready.

Daily deliverables
• Final MP4 (4–6 min, 1080p or higher)
• Thumbnail frame plus any new assets created
• Source project files (After Effects, Premiere, Blender, etc.)

Acceptance criteria
• Expressive, on-model character acting that clearly conveys the featured emotion
• Smooth lip-sync and clean audio mix
• Visual consistency with brand colours and model sheets
• Episode length within 4–6 minutes, delivered before the agreed upload window

We’ll review workflow and performance monthly as part of what’s intended to be a long-term partnership. Communication will happen through Slack and shared cloud storage.
