I’m looking for ongoing help steering my YouTube and Instagram presence. On both platforms I already have raw assets and a clear style guide; what I need is a reliable manager who can turn them into a consistent publishing schedule and keep the channels growing.
Scope of work
• YouTube – handle everything from trimming clips and adding motion graphics to writing keyword-rich descriptions, end-screen cards and captions. All uploads will be concise, informational videos aimed at educating my audience, so sound-bite editing, tight pacing and strong thumbnail design are crucial.
• Instagram – adapt each video into short reels when it makes sense, and build a complementary grid of high-quality image posts (product shots, behind-the-scenes stills, quote cards—whatever suits the message that week). Captions should feel conversational yet SEO-aware; smart hashtag sets and timely story posts are expected.
Deliverables each week
1. Two finished informational videos live on YouTube, fully optimised.
2. Three to five image posts and at least one reel on Instagram, pre-scheduled through Meta Business Suite or a similar tool.
3. A brief performance recap with recommendations for the next cycle.
Please let me know which editing and scheduling tools you’re comfortable with (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Later, etc.) and share links to channels you currently manage that feature both video and image content. If we’re a good fit, I’d like to start with a one-month trial and then move to a retainer.
