I run a YouTube channel that centres on movie–explanation and recap content, and every upload has a single purpose: convert casual viewers into loyal subscribers. To make that happen I need an editor who can turn raw narration and fair-use film clips into polished, binge-worthy videos.
What you’ll hand over
• One fully edited 8–12 minute video in 1080p (4K preferred when assets allow) for each script I supply.
• A 60-second vertical teaser cut from the same footage, optimised for Shorts/Reels/TikTok.
• Project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) with organised layers and labelled assets so I can tweak if needed.
• A suggested click-worthy title, two key search phrases, and a thumbnail concept to reinforce organic reach.
Style flexibility is essential. Some scripts call for fast-paced cuts with pop-up captions, zooms, and playful sound effects; others benefit from clean storytelling with subtle transitions; a few demand full cinematic treatment with dramatic music and colour work. Being able to move smoothly among these approaches keeps the channel fresh and engaging.
Turnaround per video: 3 days from delivery of script and assets. Consistency, copyright awareness, and attention to pacing (strong hooks in the first 30 seconds) will determine ongoing work. If you can meet the brief, let’s start with a paid test episode and grow from there.
