YouTube Comedy Sketch Scripts & Engagement

I’m growing a comedy–sketch-focused YouTube channel and need a creative partner who can supply punchy scripts while also helping me turn casual viewers into an active community. Each week I’ll share a rough premise or headline; you’ll shape it into an engaging sketch that runs 4-6 minutes, balancing tight dialogue, visual gags and a clear call-to-action that keeps the audience watching to the end.

Beyond the writing, I want to deepen audience engagement on YouTube and extend the conversation to Instagram. That means structuring scripts with built-in viewer prompts (polls, “choose-my-next-sketch” questions, comment challenges), then repurposing the best one-liners, behind-the-scenes shots and short clips into Instagram Stories and Reels that send people back to the channel.

Deliverables:
• 4 polished comedy-sketch scripts per month (Google Docs preferred)
• A short engagement plan for each upload: comment hooks, end-screen suggestions, pinned comment text and Instagram cross-posts
• Monthly analytics notes highlighting what resonated and ideas to test next
