We are a company Rico Appliances and we have a young but promising YouTube channel called Rico Appliances that focuses on showcasing product features—especially home-appliance walk-throughs—and any other entertaining formats that keep viewers coming back. I’m now ready to bring in a true partner who can handle three key areas at once: content creation, complete channel management, and hands-on audience engagement.
Here’s the opportunity. You will plan the editorial calendar, shoot or source compelling product-feature videos, optimise every upload (titles, thumbnails, tags, end screens, Shorts, etc.), respond to comments, cultivate community posts, and steadily guide the channel toward higher watch time and RPM. As soon as we hit (and keep) monetisation, all net revenue generated through YouTube’s partner programme will be split 50 / 50 with you, so your upside is directly tied to the channel’s growth.
I’m searching for someone who has already grown at least one channel, understands YouTube SEO, analytics and A/B testing, and can demonstrate on-camera or behind-camera storytelling skills. Familiarity with current appliance trends will be a plus, but the main thing is knowing how to translate product features into engaging, search-friendly videos that viewers watch to the end and want to share.
If you can point to past channels or videos where you boosted views, subscribers or CPM, let’s talk about how we can replicate—and surpass—that success on Rico.
