Project Overview: We are launching a new educational B2B YouTube channel for BMS Education (www.bmseducation.com), a supplier of STEM, science, and robotics equipment to schools.
We need a hybrid AI Video Operator & Video Editor to produce 1 faceless/documentary-style video per week (3 to 12 minutes). We are starting with a minimum viable budget using AI video generators (e.g., Pictory, FlexClip, Reap, or Mootion), but you must possess the manual editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to assemble higher-end documentary videos as we scale our budget and channel quality.
Project Timeline & Engagement Structure: We are structuring this as a short-term trial that converts into an ongoing rolling contract.
Phase 1: Paid Trial Period (February 1, 2027 – April 2, 2027): The chosen freelancer will be hired for an initial two-month paid trial run (approx. 9 weeks/videos). This allows us to test the workflow, measure video quality, and assess initial engagement.
Phase 2: Month-to-Month Extension: Should the trial videos work well and generate the results we require, we will continue making use of your services on an ongoing basis. This will be strictly month-to-month; we do not want to be locked into any long-term contracts.
Scope of Work (Weekly Deliverables)1. Video Production (The 70/20/10 Matrix)
You will generate 1 video per week based on our provided content matrix. Topics will range from global tech supply chains (70%), school budgeting insights (20%), to specific STEM equipment demos (10%).
Use AI to draft the script following our "Statrys-style" format: 80% broad, engaging industry context, ending with a 20% soft pivot to BMS Education's solutions.
Generate a high-quality AI voiceover (using ElevenLabs or a premium AppSumo equivalent—no robotic voices).
Stitch together relevant stock footage, AI graphics, and our real product photos.
Bonus Deliverable: Cut two 30-60 second vertical Shorts from the main weekly video for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
2. Asset Management & Collaboration
Because our asset library is still growing, you will act as the director. You must provide us with a prioritized "Asset Checklist" (e.g., Urgent: Need a video of a student plugging in a robotics board. Later: Need photos of the warehouse). We will film and upload these as you request them. Be patient and creative with stock footage in the meantime.
3. The Pabbly Connect Omni-Channel Publishing Workflow We use Pabbly Connect to automate our approvals and distribute content. You are responsible for configuring this automated distribution pipeline. You must adhere strictly to this timeline:
Thursday: Upload the final .mp4 files (1 long-form, 2 vertical Shorts), thumbnails, and a text file containing the Titles, Descriptions, and ActiveCampaign UTM tracking links to our Google Drive draft folder.
Friday Afternoon: Our internal team will receive an automated Pabbly email alert to review your video.
The Automated Omni-Channel Rollout: Once we move your files into the "Approved" folder, your Pabbly workflow must automatically trigger and publish the content across our entire ecosystem:
Main Video (Long-form): Auto-published to YouTube, Facebook Video, LinkedIn, and embedded on Blogger.
Vertical Shorts: Auto-published to Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
What We Will Provide (Client Deliverables) To ensure you can hit the ground running, our team will provide the following on day one:
Pabbly Connect Access: A login/workspace invite to our lifetime Pabbly account.
OpenAI API Key / Credits: We will provide the API key to cover all ChatGPT script-generation costs.
Google Drive Ecosystem: A structured, shared Google Drive for you to upload Thursday drafts and download assets.
BMS Product Assets: An initial folder of existing raw photos and videos of our STEM/Robotics kits.
The Content Matrix: A document outlining the exact topics and target audience pain points for the videos.
Payment & Milestone Structure (The Trial Period) To ensure fair compensation and protect both parties, we will use a structured Milestone Payment system for the Feb 1 – Apr 2 trial:
Milestone 1 — Setup & Pilot Video (Week 1 / Early Feb):
Deliverable: Setup of the Google Drive folders, configuring/testing the Pabbly notification workflow, and full delivery/approval of Video #1 (main video + 2 vertical Shorts).
Release: Released immediately upon our sign-off on Friday afternoon.
Milestone 2 — Month 1 Trial Batch (February Videos):
Deliverable: Weekly production and Thursday uploads for the remaining videos in February (with respective Shorts).
Release: Funded upfront into escrow; released at the end of the 4-week block.
Milestone 3 — Month 2 Trial Batch (March - April 2):
Deliverable: Weekly production and Thursday uploads for the videos spanning March through the end of the trial on April 2.
Release: Funded into escrow and released upon verified completion of the final trial batch.
To Apply, Please Provide:
Your Portfolio: Links to 2 or 3 faceless or documentary-style YouTube videos you have produced (AI-assisted or fully edited).
Your Tool Stack: Tell us what AI voice, scripting, and editing software you plan to use to keep costs low while maintaining quality.
Your Price/Quote: Please provide your flat-rate bid per completed video (including the two Shorts) OR your proposed flat rate for the entire 2-month trial period.
