About us
Founded in 2013 in Paris, Grace Education coaches students and young professionals (ages 12-25) through admissions and career development — a holistic, all-in-one approach in which personalized well-being support is central. We are now embedding social-emotional learning (SEL) across our programs.
The role
Provide 1:1 psychological support (academic stress, self-confidence, emotional regulation, direction);
Design & lead SEL workshops (social-emotional skills, stress management, relationships);
Work hand in hand with our admissions & career coaches and with families;
Help build Grace's well-being framework (tools, progress tracking, safeguarding);
Uphold confidentiality and child-protection best practices.
About you
Qualified psychologist (Master's minimum, child & adolescent specialization, or local equivalent);
1-3+ years of experience with children/adolescents;
Solid working knowledge of SEL (CASEL or similar a plus);
Fluent French, English appreciated;
Discretion, ethics, comfort with families.
