THE IDEA

Create a premium, cinematic 60–90 second map film for a historic resort-development property inside the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE). The property is within the GYE and has exceptional access to Yellowstone. The video should tell that story clearly and beautifully in about a minute, beginning wide on the globe and ending on the Subject Property.
The goal is to match or exceed the cinematic quality of the Montage Residences Big Sky film, while making the storytelling feel more current through selective CGI, 3D geographic visualization, VFX, AI and supplied high-quality drone footage. CGI should enhance — not replace — the real footage.

THE STORY, SCENE BY SCENE

4. Yellowstone Proximity
Show simple route / distance comparisons from the Subject Property, Big Sky and Jackson Hole to Yellowstone’s West Entrance. Main takeaway: the Subject Property is the closest. Use only approved property-specific distances supplied for production.
5. Around the Property
Show selected regional highlights around the property and within the surrounding Yellowstone ecosystem. Examples may include:

• Scenic valleys
• Wildlife areas
• Outdoor recreation zones
Integrate supplied footage/images where useful, including fly fishing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, horseback riding, kayaking, moose, bison, elk, bears and other wildlife. Not every landmark requires custom 3D modeling; use the strongest elements necessary to tell the story efficiently.
6. The Property
Fly down onto the property and surrounding land. Transition into a clean top-down property/site-plan view and hold for approximately 2 seconds. End with: EXPLORE THE PROPERTY — TAP ANY LOT

REQUIRED MAP / EXAMPLE ADJUSTMENTS
• Map 1: keep the generic “SUBJECT PROPERTY” callout entirely outside the GYE border. Reduce the overall callout approximately 30%, place the red dot immediately to the left of the words “SUBJECT PROPERTY,” and use larger gold lettering for the confidentiality line.
• Map 2: remove the “SUBJECT PROPERTY” label and red dot entirely. Use this map as a regional GYE / park / forest reference only.
• Do not reveal the exact property name publicly. Use “Subject Property” instead.
• Do not include any unapproved property-specific distance in public-facing examples.

This project is confidential. By doing this work, the freelancer agrees to keep all information confidential and not disclose any content provided or work performed. Our Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement is required before work begins.
The exact property name, exact location within the GYE, site-specific routes/distances, lot plan and additional private source materials will be supplied only to the selected freelancer after NDA.
OWNERSHIP & INTEGRATION
We handle all website integration. You only need to complete the animation, rendering, editing, effects, sound synchronization and source-file delivery.
Upon final payment, we own the project-specific work and source assets created for this video. Any third-party licensed assets must be identified in advance.

This is intended to be the first of multiple video projects. If we are satisfied with the quality, communication and overall value, there is strong potential for multiple additional, separately scoped and paid videos.
