Functional overview
This role will be part of an administration team who will support our Chief Digital Officer, using your organisational skills you will manage diaries, arrange meetings, and events. You will co-ordinate and prepare agendas and papers ready for executive board meetings and assist with any follow up as and when necessary
We fully understand that you may not have had experience in this; however, we will invest the time throughout your journey with us to ensure that you have the necessary skills to be a great member of the team.
Minimum competencies
It is not all about experience we are looking for an individual that is ambitious and wants to learn. It would be great if you had the following
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
Active listening and good communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask and prioritise your work
Strong time management and organization skills
A degree of confidence and initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
The ability to work in a team environment and also under own initiative
Attention to detail
Minimum qualifications
Enrolled and taking up a Bachelor’s Degree (currently on 3rd year / 4th year 1st sem) in any discipline
Awards, Good scholastics records, deans list awardee is a plus
Parents ITR income not higher than 500,000 annually/ Certificate of indigency
Must be of legal age
Good academic standing
Excellent communications skills
Work tools provided by the company
Flexible work schedule will make sure not to overlap with the class schedule
