Xiaomi Mi A3 No-Wipe Recovery

Official Mi A3 recovery update file needed (no wipe, full data recovery no data loss)

My Xiaomi Mi A3 (laurel_sprout, Global, Android One) shows "Can't load Android system". I need all my data and photos, so the phone must NOT be wiped.

Phone details:
- Version: V12.0.26.0.RFQMIXM (Android 11, Aug 2022 patch)
- Bootloader: LOCKED (cannot be unlocked, it would erase my data)
- The phone's recovery build date (ro.build.date.utc): 1659958892

Already tried: the official full OTA (MD5 88b2e6c4fba84155121e4eb684c623ba) through "Apply update from ADB". The signature passed, but the phone rejected it as a downgrade, because its timestamp is 1659957660.

What I need:
An official, Xiaomi-signed recovery/OTA zip for laurel_sprout Global whose post-timestamp is 1659958892 or later, OR another method that keeps the bootloader locked and does not erase data.

Not accepted (please don't bid with these):
- Bootloader unlock, root, EDL/MiFlash flashing, "remote auth/unbrick" services
- Factory reset or any wipe
- Modified or re-signed files
