Xcode App Upgrade

I need my app, AcclaimPOS, upgraded from Xcode version 15 to the current Xcode version. The app complies fine in Xcode 15, but Apple requires it to be recompiled with the latest version using an M4 processor. We currently only have Intel-based systems and cannot test or compile it ourselves. Apple has given us a strict 6-week deadline before they remove the app from the store.
