I publish a health-and-wellness blog and now want to build out a dedicated stream of nutrition advice aimed at the general public. The goal is to give readers clear, evidence-based guidance they can put into practice right away—think meal-planning tips, nutrient breakdowns, supermarket “how-to” guides, myth-busting pieces, and similar everyday topics.

Each post should balance approachability with solid research: plain language, no jargon, and citations from reputable sources such as peer-reviewed journals or recognised health organisations. A friendly, encouraging tone is essential; readers come for guidance, not lectures.

SEO matters, so please weave in natural keywords, meta descriptions, and compelling headings (I use WordPress with Yoast, in case that helps). I will provide working titles or you can pitch ideas—either way, an outline is expected before drafting so we stay aligned.

Deliverables (per article)
• Engaging headline and 3–5 sub-headings
• 800–1,000 words of original content (Copyscape-clean)
• Two or three authoritative references with links
• Brief meta description and suggested slug
• Royalty-free image suggestion

Send a short note outlining your nutrition writing experience, a link to one relevant sample, and your turnaround time for the first piece. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will expand to ongoing work if the first article hits the mark.
