Wrike Workspace Development and Training

Wrike Expert Needed – Project Workspace Setup (Gantt, RAID Log, Dashboards, Reports)

I am a Project Manager looking for an experienced Wrike consultant to help me set up a complete project workspace in Wrike. I will provide the project plan content (tasks, dates, owners). You will build the structure, views, dashboards and reporting, and show me how to use and maintain it.

WHAT I NEED

1. Project structure
- Folders/projects organised by phase, stage gates and workstreams
- Clear naming and layout that is easy to navigate

2. Custom fields
- Owner, team/function, RAG status (Red/Amber/Green), baseline date, forecast date, milestone flag, billable flag

3. Workflows
- Task statuses (Not started, In progress, In review, Complete, Blocked)
- A simple approval workflow for key documents and stage gates

4. Gantt chart
- Dependencies, milestones and critical path
- Baseline vs forecast comparison

5. RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Impact, likelihood, owner, response, due date, status
- Easy to update and linked to dashboards

6. Decisions log and Actions log
- Decisions: what was decided, when, by whom, and why
- Actions from meetings, with a simple request form to add new ones quickly

7. Dashboards
- Executive view: overall status, next 90 days, top risks, decisions needed
- Project Manager view: overdue tasks, blocked items, this week's work
- Team views for each workstream

8. Reports
- Weekly status report, milestone slippage, RAID summary
- Exportable to Excel and PDF

9. Automations
- Due-date reminders, alerts when a risk becomes High, auto-assignment from forms

10. Plan import
- Import my detailed project plan from Excel into the new structure and tidy the data

11. Reusable template
- Save the full setup as a Wrike blueprint/template I can reuse for future projects

12. Training and handover
- 2 live online sessions (around 1 hour each)
- A short user guide and recorded walkthrough videos
- 2 weeks of support after go-live

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven, hands-on Wrike experience (please share examples or screenshots of dashboards, Gantt charts or RAID logs you have built)
- Strong knowledge of Wrike custom fields, custom item types, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, reports and automations

- Good written English and availability for calls during UK working hours
