TECHNICAL DRAWING & INSTALLATION BRIEF: WPC DOORS

1. FRONT ELEVATION (General Elevation & Hardware Placement)
- Show complete door assembly elevation from FFL (Finished Floor Level).
- Door Viewer: Show centered at standard eye level (if applicable).
- Hinges: Show four (4) heavy-duty hinges evenly distributed on the hinge stile.
- Handle / Lockset: Center of handle placed precisely at 115 cm from FFL.
- Floor Stopper: Positioned on floor near latch side at recommended clearance distance.

2. SECTION A–A (Horizontal Section Detail)
- Door Leaf Thickness: 45 mm WPC hollow/solid core profile.
- WPC Frame & Architraves: Show frame profile gripping the wall, rubber seal/gasket insertion, and architrave overlapping wall finish.
- Wall Sections: Show wall thickness options (140 mm and 240 mm).

3. SECTION B–B (Vertical Section Detail)
- Structural Opening Height: 2250 mm.
- Door Leaf Height: 2200 mm.
- Clearances: Show top gap, bottom clearance relative to FFL, frame head profile, and wall lintel section.

4. DOOR & FRAME INSTALLATION VIEW (Exploded Fixing Diagram)
- Simple 3D / 2D exploded view showing assembly relationship between wall opening, WPC sub-frame/main frame, door leaf, and architraves.
- Indicate PU Foam (Golden Foam) expansion gap and application points around frame perimeter.

6. STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step 1: Preparation Before Installation
- Verify opening dimensions, check wall plumbness/squareness, and clean opening from dust and debris.

Step 2: Assemble the Door Frame / Cover
- Assemble top jamb and side jambs using corner brackets and screws to form a rigid U-shaped frame.

Step 3: Apply Foaming Agent
- Place frame into opening, level with shims, and inject expanding PU Foam (Golden Foam) evenly into gap between frame and wall.

Step 4: Install the Hinges
- Fix 4 hinges onto door leaf hinge stile and securely attach opposite hinge leaves to WPC jamb frame.

Step 5: Install the Door Lock
- Insert mortise lock body at 115 cm height, fit cylinder, handle escutcheons, and lever handles.

Step 6: Adjust the Door Gap
- Check margins between leaf and frame (3 mm uniform gap on top/sides) and adjust hinge screws/shims if necessary.

Step 7: Install the Line (Architraves / Casings)
- Clip or glue WPC architrave lines into designated frame grooves on both inner and outer wall faces.

Step 8: Install the Floor Stopper
- Drill floor at door travel end and secure floor stopper using rawl plug and screw.

Step 9: Apply the Sealant
- Apply continuous silicone/acrylic sealant along architrave-to-wall and frame joint interfaces.

Step 10: Cleaning
- Remove protective films, clean excess foam or sealant residue, and inspect door operation.
