Workshop Info Poster Design

I’m putting together a clear, eye-catching poster that will serve as the main informational display for an upcoming workshop. The piece must communicate the what, when, where and why at a glance, while still feeling energetic and on-brand.

Here’s what I already know:
• Format: single-page poster, optimised for both A3 print and an Instagram/Facebook story feed ratio so I can share the same artwork online.
• Purpose: purely informational—the design needs to guide the viewer through key details rather than push a hard sell.
• Tone: professional yet welcoming; think clean typography, balanced use of colour and space, and a focal graphic or illustration that instantly signals “workshop”.

You’ll take the brief and translate it into a polished, print-ready PDF plus high-resolution web exports (PNG/JPG). Source files (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) are also required so I can update dates or speaker names in future.
