As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will take real ownership in identifying and engaging leadership talent while supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will contribute to Executive Recruiting across Germany, Poland, and global roles, build strong talent pipelines, and help ensure an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full value chain of strategic talent acquisition in a fast-growing international business. At PERGOLUX, you will join an ambitious, collaborative, and international team where integrity, innovation, ownership, and continuous growth are at the heart of how we work.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify leadership talent using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, internal tools, and creative sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines across functions and markets.
Manage the candidate journey from first outreach to shortlist by coordinating communication, follow-ups, and updates while delivering a consistently excellent candidate experience.
Gradually take part in initial candidate screenings and support the evaluation process, gaining exposure to interviews and assessment frameworks.
Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor organizational structures and translate your findings into strategic talent maps.
Maintain accurate pipeline reports and share relevant insights with hiring teams to support data-driven recruitment decisions.
What You’ll Bring
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2–3 semesters remaining in your studies.
You communicate clearly and empathetically in fluent English, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy connecting with and engaging different people.
You work in a structured and reliable way, keep processes moving, and stay on top of pipelines, priorities, and progress.
You are comfortable using sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and spreadsheets, and you handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Initial experience in recruiting, HR, executive search, strategic HR, or a demanding customer-facing environment is a plus.
Benefits
Competitive Salary – Earn €16 gross per hour, with paid overtime within agreed limits and no culture of endless unpaid crunch periods.
Real Ownership – Take meaningful responsibility for your own talent pipelines from the start and directly contribute to key hiring outcomes.
International Team – Work closely with experienced Executive Recruiters and passionate colleagues across Europe in a collaborative, international environment.
Fast-Track Career Opportunities – Receive coaching from experienced recruiters and grow with PERGOLUX into future specialist and leadership opportunities as we continue to scale.
Flexibility & Time Off – Work approximately 15–20 hours per week with flexibility around your lectures and exams, with the possibility of additional hours during semester breaks. Enjoy hybrid working from our Berlin office, up to 30 vacation days starting at 27, and one week of remote workation per year within the EU/UK.
Outdoor Lifestyle Discounts – Enjoy exclusive employee discounts on PERGOLUX products.
Bike Leasing Program – Benefit from a sustainable and cost-effective bike leasing option to support commuting and an active lifestyle.
Modern Equipment – Work with modern equipment and choose between Apple or Windows laptops.
Team Culture – Join regular team events, including summer parties, Christmas celebrations, after-work gatherings, and retreats in a culture that celebrates wins—big and small.
