WordPress/PHP Developer for Website Restoratio n

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress/PHP developer to restore my client's website: https://oaconsult.eu/

The website stopped working after some WordPress plugins and the PHP version were updated.

What I need:

Restore the existing WordPress website if possible
Fix any PHP/plugin compatibility issues
Update WordPress and plugins safely
Make sure the website is stable and working correctly
Ensure that we can easily make simple text/content edits afterwards

I can provide full access to both WordPress Admin and the web hosting environment, including database/files if required.

Alternative solution

If restoring the existing WordPress installation is not practical, I also have a newly created version of the website that closely resembles the original site. This version is attached to the job and can instead be uploaded/configured on the existing hosting.

Requirements

You should have solid experience with:

WordPress troubleshooting
PHP and PHP version compatibility
MySQL
WordPress plugins/themes
Web hosting, FTP/file management and databases
Debugging broken WordPress installations

I would like this handled ASAP. I expect this to be a relatively straightforward job for someone experienced with WordPress, PHP and MySQL.
