WordPress/WooCommerce Expert: Sales UX, Kommo CRM and Email
We need a customer journey, UX and WordPress/WooCommerce specialist to improve our existing website and connect it properly to Kommo CRM and email marketing.
We are a Spanish-speaking communication and public-speaking school. Live online classes are our main offer, alongside two downloadable ebooks and Carlos IA, a personalized speech service built by a separate developer.
Fix checkout, payments, PDF delivery and transactional emails; implement follow-up, upselling, consent-based email campaigns and mobile journey tracking. You will also integrate Carlos IA into the website and jointly test payments, delivery and CRM records with its developer. Classes and ebooks must sell before the AI module is ready.
Relevant technical training and proven experience matter. Share two working projects, your specific contribution and integration examples. Spanish is preferred; native-level Spanish is a plus.
Fixed price for the agreed scope, with no mandatory contractor retainer. After an initial conversation, submit a brief proposal covering deliverables, quantities, technology, schedule, milestones, total price and separate third-party costs. We respond within 24–48 hours.
