WordPress website ui-UX Redesign

My eight-page WordPress site needs a complete visual refresh with one clear priority: a noticeably smoother, more intuitive user experience. I want every interaction—on desktop, tablet, and mobile—to feel effortless, fast, and distraction-free.

Stylistically the new design should be minimalist and clean, making smart use of whitespace, restrained typography, and subtle animation. I already have a loose colour direction but need your help finalising an accessible palette that complements the streamlined look.

Scope of work
• Re-design and build 7–8 existing pages (Home, About, Services, Blog overview & post template, Contact, plus two landing pages).
• Develop or customise a lightweight WordPress 6.x theme that keeps content editable through the native block editor.
• Optimise performance for 90+ scores on Google PageSpeed by addressing image sizing, caching, and code efficiency.
• Implement the chosen colours and fonts globally via the Customizer or theme variables, delivering a simple style guide for future updates.
• Migrate current content, preserve SEO (301s where necessary), and test across modern browsers and key devices.

Acceptance criteria
– Core Web Vitals pass (green) on live domain.
– Consistent layout and functionality across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and recent iOS/Android devices.
– Final Figma (or equivalent) design file plus exported assets delivered alongside the deployed site.

A brief revision round is built in so we can fine-tune before sign-off. I’ll supply current site credentials and assets once we kick off.
