WordPress Website Redesign & WooCommerce Store Development Using Shoptimizer Theme

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to redesign and modernise my existing website using the Shoptrimzer theme, WordPress shared hosting, and WooCommerce.

My current website is outdated, and I want a clean, professional, modern, mobile-friendly website with an e-commerce store. I will share a reference website privately through direct chat to demonstrate the design, layout, and overall functionality I am looking for.

The new website should follow a similar design structure and user experience to the reference website while using my own business name, logo, address, email ID, contact details, products, and branding.

Important: The reference website will be shared privately with the selected freelancer. I do not want the reference link published in the project description, portfolio, or public discussions. I am looking for inspiration in terms of layout and functionality, not an exact copy of proprietary content or branding.

Scope of Work
1. WordPress & Shoptrimzer Theme Setup
Set up and configure WordPress on my existing Hostinger shared hosting account.
Install and activate the Shoptrimzer theme.
Import a suitable starter demo, if required.
Customise the layout, colours, typography, header, footer, menus, and overall design to suit my brand.
Create a clean, modern, responsive, mobile-first website.
Ensure compatibility with commonly used desktop and mobile browsers.

2. WooCommerce Store Setup
Install and configure WooCommerce.
Migrate all available products from my existing website, including product descriptions, prices, images, categories, and variations.
Set up product listing pages, individual product pages, shopping cart, checkout, and customer account functionality where required.
Configure shipping methods, delivery charges, and applicable taxes based on the information I provide.
Ensure the store is ready to accept customer orders after testing.

3. Razorpay Payment Gateway Integration
Integrate Razorpay with WooCommerce.
Configure the payment gateway using my Razorpay account credentials.
Test successful payments, failed transactions, order status updates, and checkout functionality.
Ensure payment processing follows the supported security requirements and that sensitive payment credentials are handled securely.

4. Website Pages & Contact Forms
Create or redesign the following pages as applicable:

Home
About Us
Shop / Products
Services
Contact Us
Blog / News
Privacy Policy
Terms and Conditions
Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

Include working contact and enquiry forms that deliver submissions to my designated email address. Add appropriate enquiry forms to service pages where required.

5. Speed, SEO & Security
Implement basic on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and clean URLs.
Optimise images and configure suitable caching and performance plugins.
Improve loading speed while remaining compatible with Hostinger shared hosting.
Apply appropriate security measures, including SSL configuration, secure administrative access, updates, backups, and protection against common WordPress vulnerabilities.
Avoid unnecessary plugins and custom code that could slow down the website.
I would like the new website to achieve performance scores comparable to or better than the reference website where reasonably possible, subject to hosting resources, third-party scripts, and testing conditions.

6. Testing & Final Handover
Test the website on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Test product variations, cart, checkout, Razorpay payments, contact forms, and email notifications.
Resolve bugs and layout issues before completion.
Provide a short video or live walkthrough explaining how to add products, edit website pages, manage orders, and update basic content.
Provide a list of installed plugins, any custom CSS or code snippets, and relevant maintenance instructions.
Hosting & Access
Everything will be set up on my existing Hostinger account. I will provide the necessary access and configuration details once we agree to start the project.

I can also provide access to my existing website so that you can review the products and content for migration.

The reference website URL will be shared privately through Freelancer.com chat with the selected freelancer. Please do not request that I publish it publicly.
