WordPress Website Migration

I'm looking for a WordPress + Elementor Pro developer to migrate the website https://ronabuelo.com/ (a Panamanian rum brand) to WordPress. This is an EXACT 1:1 REPLICA: no changes to content or design.

IMPORTANT: The current site is a JavaScript application (SPA). It cannot be imported automatically; each page must be rebuilt in Elementor Pro, taking text and images from the live site in the browser.

SCOPE
- 9 pages, each in English and Spanish (about 18 URLs):
Home, Our Story, Our Rums (Classic Range: Añejo, 7 Años, 12 Años, Centuria), Contact, Cookies & Legals.
- 5 templates: Home, Our Story, Product, Contact, Legal.
- Bilingual EN/ES with TranslatePress Business, keeping the SAME URLs (/en/... and /es/...) and the same slugs.
- A single product template (custom post type "Rums").
- Header, footer, mobile menu, age verification and cookie banner.
- Replicate animations, effects and responsive behavior.
- Working contact form.
- SEO: copy the title and meta description of every page, hreflang, sitemap, and 301 redirects where needed.

Do not include the cost of plugins in your proposal. We already have all the required.
