This is a content-heavy WordPress update, not a website redesign. Most tasks involve replacing existing text and images, uploading prepared content, and updating links.

We will provide all text, images, links, design references, and detailed implementation instructions.

Scope of Work

1. Homepage
Replace text and images in 12 existing sections.
Update the existing hero carousel using four supplied images.
Keep the existing testimonial carousel unchanged.
Update buttons and links.

2. Existing Pages
Update the following pages using supplied content:
About Us
Claim Services
Licensing
Contact (two existing contact forms)

Keep the existing layouts and designs.

3. Books & Videos Pages

Create two simple pages.
Books: Display two supplied book covers, descriptions, and external purchase links. No shopping cart or payment system.
Videos: Link to two YouTube channels. No video uploads, hosting, or embedding required.

4. Existing Blog Cleanup

Change approximately 92 existing published posts to Draft.
Do not delete the posts or images.
Preserve the content for possible future use.

5. New Blog Posts

Upload and publish 40 completed blog posts.
Add supplied images and links.
Use the existing WordPress blog formatting.

6. Mini Guides

Upload and publish 30 completed educational guides.
Use supplied text, images, and links.
Maintain consistent formatting.

7. FAQ Page

Publish 28 completed questions and answers.
Organize them under the supplied headings.
Use the existing website design.

8. Resource Center

Create one page using the supplied design.
Display resources for one state initially.
Make the layout easy to duplicate for additional states.
Connect one email opt-in form to a funnel provided by our team.
Our team will create and manage the email funnel.

9. Custom 404 Page

Create one reusable 404 error page matching the supplied minimalist design.
Connect four navigation links.
Ensure retired or unavailable pages display the custom 404 page with the correct HTTP 404 status.
No individual blog redirects required.

10. Navigation & Social Media
Update the existing navigation menu and dropdown links.
Update footer social media icons and links.
Keep the existing menu design.

Important Requirements

Use the existing WordPress website and Colibri theme.
Keep the current colors, fonts, header, footer, and overall design.
No website redesign or rebuilding.
No content writing, research, or image creation.
Copy and paste supplied content accurately.
Preserve important existing URLs and working features.
External links open in new tabs; internal links open in the same tab.
Test all pages, images, links, forms, and menus on desktop and mobile.

Developer Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience with WordPress and the Colibri theme.
Can accurately follow detailed instructions.
Has experience uploading and formatting website content.
Communicates clearly and pays attention to detail.
Can complete the entire project for the agreed fixed price.

All content and implementation instructions will be provided. The project is primarily content replacement, formatting, publishing, and minor website configuration.

When submitting your proposal, confirm your WordPress experience and ability to complete the full scope within the stated $150 USD budget and timeline.
