WordPress Developer Required – Real Estate Website

Objective
We need to restructure our existing real estate website so that Projects and Individual Properties are properly separated, while retaining the existing Property listings and Housez theme.
Required Development
1. Projects – Separate Custom Post Type
Create a separate Projects CPT for projects such as:
DLF Privana South
Trump Residences
Max Terraces
M3M projects
Sobha projects
etc.
Each Project should have its own page containing:
Project name
Developer
Location
Area
Price range
Configuration
Possession
RERA
Description
Amenities
Gallery
Brochure
Master plan
YouTube/video
Google Map
Project specifications

2. Existing Properties
The existing Properties CPT must remain intact.
Each individual property should have:
Property Type
BHK
Area
Price
Floor
Facing
Status
City
Locality
Photos
etc.
Add a new field:
Related Project
Example:
Property: 4 BHK Resale
Price: ₹4.50 Cr
Type: Apartment
Status: Resale
Project: DLF Privana South
The Project should be selectable from a dropdown/search field.

3. Project → Property Relationship
On every Project page, automatically display:
Available Properties in this Project
For example:
DLF Privana South
3 BHK — ₹3.80 Cr
4 BHK — ₹4.50 Cr
4 BHK Resale — ₹4.20 Cr
5 BHK — ₹6 Cr
No manual duplication of property information.

On an individual property page, display:

Clicking this should take the user to the main Project page.
Do NOT use iframe/embedded Project pages.
Use a proper database relationship between the two CPTs.

The system must eventually support filtering by:
Budget
City
Locality/Area
Property Type

Status
Sale/Rent
New/Resale
Commercial/Residential/Institutional
The architecture should be suitable for 2,000+ properties.

The implementation must:
Be lightweight
Avoid unnecessary plugins
Avoid iframes
Be compatible with Elementor
Not significantly increase page-load time
Be SEO-friendly
Use proper database queries
Work with caching/CDN

7. Existing Data
VERY IMPORTANT:
We already have approximately 250 existing properties.
No existing property data, URLs, images, SEO metadata or taxonomy relationships should be lost.
Before touching the live website:
Create a staging website and demonstrate the system using 5–10 existing properties.
Only after approval should it be implemented on the live website.

We currently use the Housez real estate WordPress theme.
Do not replace the theme unless there is a genuine technical reason.
First evaluate whether the current theme can support the required architecture.
