WordPress Speed & SEO Overhaul

My WordPress site needs a rapid, end-to-end tune-up so it loads lightning-fast, ranks higher, and drives more orders—ideally hitting 95+ on Google PageSpeed Insights. On-page SEO is the priority, but I also want stronger local visibility and a smoother sales funnel that feeds directly into Clover for online ordering.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:

• Performance & UX
– Lighthouse / PageSpeed score of 95 or better on both mobile and desktop
– Clean Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS all in the green)
– No breakage across popular browsers and responsive breakpoints

• SEO & Content
– Tight on-page optimisation: titles, schema, internal links, image alt text, and keyword-aligned copy
– Local SEO tweaks so the business shows up in the 3-pack for our main keywords
– Tracking set up in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console for ongoing monitoring

• Clover Integration
– Native or API-based ordering flow from the site straight to Clover without third-party widgets that slow things down
– Menu sync and test transactions to confirm reliability

• Digital Marketing Basics
– Branded social pages (Facebook, Instagram, X) connected to the site for easy sharing
– A Mailchimp—or similar—email list ready to capture leads, with one welcome automation in place
– Simple loyalty programme touchpoint at checkout to start collecting repeat-purchase data

Acceptance criteria
1. PageSpeed Insight score ≥95 after cache clear
2. All primary pages pass Core Web Vitals in Search Console
3. Test order successfully lands in Clover dashboard
4. At least one scheduled social post and one email automation in place, both pulling cleanly from onsite content
5. Full hand-off document outlining what was changed and how to maintain results

To move quickly (I’d like this done ASAP), you’ll need:
– WordPress admin and hosting panel access
– Clover merchant API credentials
– Any premium plugin licences you prefer to use (e.g., WP Rocket, Rank Math Pro) if they aren’t already installed
