WordPress Site Speed & Reorganization

I am rebuilding prime-ifs.com on a fresh WordPress install with Elementor, migrating all existing content to a new server. The visual design, colours and branding should remain exactly as they are now, yet the underlying structure must be cleaner so pages feel snappier and the layout is easier to follow.

Core focus
• Initial page load time is the metric I care about most. When a visitor lands on any URL, I want the above-the-fold content visible almost instantly, even on mobile.
• The main driver for the layout changes is a smoother user experience.

What I expect from the finished site
1. Elementor-built pages that mirror the current look but are organised into a clear hierarchy, with consistent headings, spacing and calls-to-action.
2. Optimised assets (images, CSS, JS) and server-side tweaks so the initial load scores green in PageSpeed Insights and WebPageTest.
3. Clean, well-named templates and Global Widgets in Elementor so future edits stay simple.
4. All existing URLs, meta data and internal links preserved to avoid SEO disruption.
5. Site migrated to the new hosting environment, fully tested and live.

Please work directly in a staging area, keep detailed notes of any plugins or code snippets you add, and hand off with a brief optimisation report when complete.
