We need someone who can:

Manage and maintain our WordPress website.
Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile experience.
Edit, improve, and enhance our candidate verification/application form.
Fix website issues and make general design/content improvements.
Manage WordPress updates, plugins, and integrations.
Set up and maintain reliable website backups.
Improve website security and monitor for potential issues.
Assist with basic SEO and overall website optimization.
Recommend other improvements that will make the website more professional, user-friendly, and effective.
Because we handle candidate information, security, confidentiality, and data protection are very important.
We are looking for someone reliable who can work with us long-term, not just for a one-time project.
