WordPress Site From Detailed Spec

I have mapped out every page, section, interaction, and breakpoint for a new company website and wrapped it all into a step-by-step specification. You will receive that document together with a live WordPress reference site that shows the exact visual language I want reproduced; I’m not working from raw PSD, Figma, or Sketch files, so you can focus on translating the existing look and feel straight into WordPress.

The build must sit on my preferred premium theme—license provided—using a child theme so future updates stay painless. Faithfully match the typography, colour palette, spacing, and component behaviour called out in the spec while keeping the codebase lean and standards-compliant.

Please install and configure:
• an SEO plugin (Yoast or Rank Math are both fine)
• a contact form plugin that can handle conditional logic and spam protection

Performance and responsiveness are non-negotiable; the finished site needs to score well on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop, load efficiently on 3G, and be fully editable through the WordPress admin without touching code.
