WordPress Site Audit & Optimisation

I need a seasoned website specialist to dive into my WordPress site with me on a live video call, screen-sharing as we move page by page. Our first priority is fixing technical issues, speeding up load times, and making sure every view on a mobile device feels seamless. As we talk, you’ll flag anything slowing the site down—theme bloat, heavy imagery, outdated plugins, JavaScript conflicts, hosting bottlenecks—and propose concrete, best-practice solutions.

After the walk-through I’d like an actionable checklist that covers:
• performance metrics (Google PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse scores before & after),
• mobile-responsiveness adjustments,
• quick wins for core web vitals,
• any critical security or plugin updates.

Once the plan is agreed, I’m happy for you to roll up your sleeves and implement the fixes directly in WordPress (using child themes, caching, image optimisation tools, or other techniques you trust). Clear communication, screen-share explanations, and measurable improvements will be key to sign-off.
