WordPress Single-Page Landing Revamp

My current WordPress landing page gets the traffic I want, but the look, flow, and features no longer match the brand. I’m moving to a clean, modern single-page layout and need the site rebuilt in place rather than spun up from scratch, keeping existing URLs intact.

Scope of work
• Design: Replace the old multi-section setup with one streamlined single-page layout. The visual hierarchy, spacing, and mobile breakpoints should feel crisp and uncluttered. I’ll supply brand colours, imagery, and copy; you translate that into an updated style guide inside WordPress.
• Features: Add interactive elements such as an above-the-fold hero with smooth-scroll anchors, an embedded lead-capture form that feeds Mailchimp, and lightweight animation for section transitions (CSS or GSAP—whichever keeps load times tight).
• Content updates: Swap in new copy blocks, testimonials, and a refreshed portfolio gallery, making sure each element is editable via the WordPress editor rather than hard-coded.

Deliverables
1. Staging link showing the redesigned single-page layout, fully responsive and tested across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
2. All new features wired up and verified (form submissions, anchor links, lightbox gallery).
3. Migration to the live site after final sign-off, with a backup created before deploying.
4. A short hand-off doc outlining theme, plugin, or custom-code changes for future maintenance.

Acceptance criteria
• PageSpeed Insights above 85 on mobile.
• No console errors on initial load.
• Content editable through WordPress without touching code.

Tech stack is flexible—Elementor Pro, Gutenberg blocks, or native PHP/CSS is fine as long as the result is lightweight and easy to maintain.
