We are launching a new media type WordPress website and need an experienced SEO specialist to establish a strong SEO foundation.
The site uses WordPress, GeneratePress and Gutenberg. No SEO plugin has been installed yet.
Work will include:
Recommend, install and properly configure one SEO plugin
Set up Google Search Console and GA4
Configure XML sitemap, indexing, titles, meta descriptions and schema
Review site structure and on-page SEO
Identify technical SEO issues
Recommend improvements for Google and AI search visibility
Provide a brief report of all work completed
Must have very strong experience with WordPress, GeneratePress, Google Search Console, GA4 and technical/on-page SEO.
Please provide examples of WordPress sites you have optimized and explain briefly what you would do first on a newly launched website.

• Craft compelling, fully optimised title tags and meta descriptions for all key pages
