Repair quote and lead tracking tool for WordPress site (phones and tablets)
What we need
A quote tool where customers choose their device brand, model and issue, then receive an estimated price. We're open to either of these approaches:
Plug in a reputable existing WordPress plugin
Build a simple, lightweight tool.
Please tell us which you recommend and why, and keep it cost effective.
Must have
Easy pricing control: We can add a new model and update prices ourselves, with CSV import for bulk changes.
Quote emailed after details: The customer enters name, mobile and email and the quote is emailed to them. Prices are GST inclusive and marked as estimates.
Lead tracking: Every submission (contact details, device, issue, quote, date) is saved and synced to a Google Sheet, and we get an instant email alert so we can follow up.
Mobile-friendly and spam-protected.
Terms
Fixed price with milestone payments, built on a staging copy.
Short video walkthrough and 30 days of bug fixes included.
We own all logins and files.
