Project overview
We're refreshing the website for 2iC Global (2icglobal.com), a recruitment and professional services transformation consultancy. The site is built on WordPress and needs a content and visual refresh, not a full rebuild. We're looking for someone with both WordPress skills and genuine graphic design ability, since a strong part of this project is visual: a new hero image and a general refresh of the site's look. We will provide the updated written content.

Scope of work
>Refresh existing page content across the site with updated copy (copy will be supplied)
>Design and add new images throughout the site, including a new hero image for the homepage
>Build one new category/service page from scratch, matching the site's structure and style
>General visual refresh: making sure typography, colours and layout feel current and consistent across pages
>Work within the existing WordPress setup (no migration to a new platform)
What we need from you
>Solid WordPress experience (theme customisation, page building, image handling)
>Genuine graphic design skills, not just template assembly. We need someone who can create a strong hero image and supporting visuals, not just drop in stock photos
>A portfolio showing both web design work and standalone graphic design work
>Comfortable working from a brand palette and font we'll provide
>Available for a few live working sessions on Zoom during the project, so strong spoken English is required
Deliverables
>Refreshed homepage and existing pages with new copy and images in place
>New hero image, designed to fit the brand
>One new, fully built category/service page
SEO and AOI experience would also be a plus to revisit and update the keywords on existing pages
