WordPress Portfolio Site Build

I already have hosting arranged and a premium WordPress theme waiting in my account. I now need a creative developer who can turn that blank canvas into a polished portfolio site focused on luxury villas, holiday homes and the wider real-estate lifestyle that surrounds them.

The site’s core aim is to showcase a select group of properties, so the Property Listings page is the heart of the build. I’d like an elegant grid or slider layout where each listing opens to its own detail page—high-res images, key features, location map and an easy contact/enquiry form.

Alongside that, the theme must be styled so a blog section is ready for me to publish articles on Real Estate, Holiday Home tips and Luxury Villas. No dummy placeholder text please; set up a couple of sample posts so I can see how everything flows.

Deliverables
• Fully configured WordPress install using the theme I provide, child theme in place for safe future updates
• Custom-designed Property Listings page with individual property templates and enquiry form connected to my email
• Blog area styled to match the brand, category structure in place for Real Estate, Holiday Home and Luxury Villa content
• Responsive design checks on mobile, tablet and desktop, plus basic on-page SEO and performance optimisation (cache, image compression)
• One walkthrough video or screenshare so I can comfortably edit pages and add new properties myself
