I’m battling a persistent malware-triggered CAPTCHA loop on our IT company’s WordPress site. The issue shows up only on a handful of devices here in India: the page throws a CAPTCHA, I solve it, and the prompt immediately returns. Colleagues outside the country never see it, so the only reliable way to debug is through a live screen-share session with my affected machine.

The site is hosted on WP Engine’s managed WordPress platform, so during the session you’ll have access to their dashboard tools, SFTP, and phpMyAdmin while I share control. I need a WordPress security pro who can spot malicious injections in core files, themes, plugins, the database, or .htaccess, clean them safely, and harden the site without disrupting uptime.

Here’s how we’ll tackle it together:
• Jump on Zoom/Google Meet and view the issue in real time.
• Trace and remove the malware or hidden redirect causing the CAPTCHA loop.
• Clear all caches, regenerate security salts, and retest until the site loads normally.
• Wrap up with a brief report listing every change you made for my records.

If you’re fluent with WP-CLI, Sucuri/Wordfence scans, SQL-level cleanups, and navigating WP Engine staging, this should be a concise task. Successful collaboration can lead to a stream of ongoing WordPress maintenance work with us.

Direct server log-ins aren’t an option—everything is handled live with me—so please apply only if you’re comfortable working this way and confident you can close the loop in a single session.
