I have a WordPress property site that already imports listings via an XML feed and then pushes them back out to portals such as Rightmove. Now I need the same ecosystem to talk seamlessly to Infocasa CRM.
The core requirement is that every enquiry generated on the website is posted into Infocasa with three key fields intact: the prospect’s contact details, their property preferences and their budget range. Once in the CRM, my team must be able to trigger Infocasa’s built-in “property match” process exactly as if the lead had been entered manually.
I also want the property data itself to stay synchronised between WordPress, the existing XML feed and Infocasa. I’m not yet sure whether real-time or scheduled syncing is the smartest route, so I welcome your guidance on that point. Whatever you implement must leave the current outward feeds to Rightmove and other portals fully operational.
Please outline:
• The method you’d use to capture enquiries (custom plugin, REST API, middleware, etc.).
• How you’ll push those fields into Infocasa and confirm they arrive correctly.
• Your approach to keeping the listing feed in sync without disrupting the portal exports.
If you have past experience with real-estate feeds, XML parsing, or direct Infocasa work, highlight it—seeing working examples will speed up my decision. Include an estimated timeframe, a high-level task breakdown and any access you need to get started.
