WordPress Designer/Developer Needed for Social Media Consulting Website

I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer and developer to help me build a professional consulting website for my social media strategy business.

The website will be approximately six to seven pages, including the homepage. I already have a clear idea of the services, content, and general direction of the website, but I need someone who can help organize the information, create a polished layout, and build the website in WordPress.

The finished website should feel professional, modern, approachable, and easy to navigate. It should also be simple for me to update independently after the project is completed.

This page will highlight basically what I have on my resume.

Scope of Work

I am looking for someone who can:

Build and design the website through WordPress
Help organize the page structure and user journey
Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Add clear calls to action throughout the website
Set up contact forms
Create sections for free and paid resources
Help structure the research page so new research can be added over time
Apply basic on-page SEO best practices
Optimize the website for usability and loading speed
Ensure I can easily update text, images, guides, and resources myself
Provide a brief walkthrough or instructions once the website is complete

Important Notes
I have already developed a preliminary website template that can be used as a reference for the content, structure, and overall direction. However, the freelancer does not need to follow the design exactly. I am open to creative recommendations and improvements, as long as the final website remains consistent with my existing brand colour palette.
