WordPress Finance Blog — Standard Build

I'm launching a WordPress blog about finance and market education. Much of the written content is already done, and I've already set up my permalink structure and Rank Math SEO plugin. I need a developer to build a clean, self-manageable site around the content and hand it off so I can run it independently.

Scope:

Set up WordPress on my hosting with a modern, responsive theme, tailored to feel professional and trustworthy for a finance audience
Core pages: Home, Blog/articles with category filtering, an article hub page, About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer
Build within my existing permalink structure — please don't change it (I don't want to break existing URLs)
Ensure clean on-page SEO structure (proper headings, titles/meta on the pages you build, sitemap). Rank Math is already installed and configured
One simple styled data table on the homepage that I update myself by adding a row (no custom dashboard, no API, no live data feed — just a clean table I edit; please make it readable/scrollable on mobile)
Email capture form and social-sharing buttons
Basic security and fast load times
Complete handoff: I own the domain, hosting, and admin, and get a short walkthrough so I can add posts and table rows myself

Not in scope: custom dashboards, live market-data integrations, or membership/paywall features. I may add those later as a separate project — please don't price them in. (Please do build in a way that a membership plugin could be added later without a rebuild.)

Please share relevant WordPress examples (finance or content sites especially) and a fixed price for this scope. Budget: $30–200 USD.
