WordPress Design to Bootstrap 5 Conversion

I have a fully-functioning WordPress site that I now need rebuilt on the latest Bootstrap framework. The goal is a straight, one-to-one conversion: every page, section, and interaction should look and work exactly as it does today, with only subtle, modern touches where they make sense (think cleaner spacing, updated buttons, smoother breakpoints).
Key points I want respected
• Design / layout: replicate the current structure pixel-for-pixel, simply re-implemented in Bootstrap 5 (HTML5, CSS3, JS).
• Content / text: copy over verbatim—no rewrites or omissions.
• Functionality: any existing forms, sliders, or scripts must behave the same once ported. No new features are required; this is a clean migration, not an expansion.
Deliverables
1. Bootstrap 5 source files (HTML, SCSS/CSS, JS) for every page.
2. Reusable components documented so future edits are straightforward.
3. A short hand-off guide outlining file structure and any helper utilities used.
Acceptance criteria
• Visual consistency with current site across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers.
• Fully responsive from 320 px up, matching today’s breakpoints.
• All existing links, forms, and interactive elements tested and confirmed working.
Once signed off, I’ll point DNS to the new static build, so the code must be production-ready.
