WordPress Backup & Domain Migration

I need a full backup of my existing WordPress site, then a seamless restoration to a completely new domain on my hosting. The theme, layout, plugins, and content must stay exactly as they are; only the domain and every visible mention of the old name should change.
During the move, replace the old brand/URL wherever it appears—page titles, menus, footer text, image captions, plugin settings, and any hard-coded references in the database. No design tweaks are required, and SEO settings can be ignored if they get in the way.
You may use Duplicator, All-in-One WP Migration, phpMyAdmin, or any other proven method—just keep downtime to a minimum.
Deliverables
• Downloadable backup (files + SQL) of the original site
• Live, fully functional copy on the new domain with all names updated
• Brief hand-over note listing the steps taken and new admin credentials
The project is complete when the site loads flawlessly on the new link, every old reference is gone, and I can log in without issues.
