Word to PDF Formatting Upgrade

I need my existing MS Word document exported as a clean, print-ready PDF, but with one important tweak: the main body text requires fresh, well-structured bullet points and numbering. Everything else—the headers, footers, tables, charts, margins—should stay exactly as it is.

Here’s what matters to me:
• Every adjusted list must follow the new hierarchy I’ll provide (nesting, numbering style, and indents).
• Line breaks and spacing can shift only enough to accommodate the new lists; no unexpected page breaks, please.
• The final PDF must open without font-substitution warnings on standard PDF readers.

Send back the updated PDF along with the revised Word file so I can reuse it later if needed. If you spot any layout conflicts while reworking the lists, flag them before you export so we can approve the fix together.
