Word Style Theme Update

I have a Word document that already uses a custom theme, but the styles need refining so everything looks consistent and professional. Your job is to open the existing file, adjust the style set (headings, body text, captions, lists, etc.), realign the theme colours and fonts where they have drifted, and make sure the updated styles apply cleanly throughout the whole document without manual overrides.

Deliverables:
• Updated .docx (or .dotx if you prefer) with the modified style/theme fully applied
• Brief change-log so I know what was adjusted and how to re-apply it in future documents

Acceptance criteria:
• All headings cascade correctly in Navigation Pane
• Theme colours and fonts match the revised palette I will provide
• No “Direct Formatting” warnings remain when you inspect styles
