I will share a set of Word and PDF files that currently look untidy and lack a consistent style. Your task is to polish the documents so they read and present professionally. The focus is strictly on visual consistency: applying the correct heading hierarchy, unifying fonts, fixing spacing, and aligning the overall page layout.

To keep things clear, here is what I expect back:

• Clean, fully formatted Word versions of each file with headings, fonts, spacing, and margins uniform throughout
• PDFs regenerated from the final Word files so the same styling is locked in

I will supply all source material immediately and need the first round returned promptly for review. Once I confirm the style meets the brief, you can final-export the print-ready PDFs.
