Word List Data Extraction

I have a collection of Word documents that hold customer names and postal addresses, one item per line in simple list format. Your task is to pull every name-and-address pair out of those lists and load them into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook (.xlsx).

The sheet should include separate columns for full name, street, city, state, and ZIP/postcode so the information is ready for filtering and mail-merge work later. Accuracy and exact transcription are more important than speed; no entries can be missed or reformatted.

Acceptable methods are up to you—VBA, Python (pandas, python-docx), or any reliable extraction workflow are all fine so long as the final deliverable is the Excel file plus whatever script or macro you used, clearly commented, so I can rerun it if new documents arrive.

Before final hand-off I’ll spot-check 10% of the rows against the original Word files; any mismatch will need correction. Let me know the estimated turnaround time once you’ve seen a sample file, and feel free to ask for that sample right away.
